Join Dr. Nicholas Butler as he takes the public on an illustrated tour of Charleston’s colonial fortifications. Dr. Butler will discuss the defensive walls that encircled the city of Charleston during the 18th century, including their physical dimensions, composition, and construction. A question and answer session will follow the lecture.
